We founded Hop as a result of the frustration of the software available on the market not meeting our needs and requirements in our hotels, so we started to build our own cloud-based platform that was powerful, easy to use, reliable and most importantly would offer our clients exceptional value for money.

The monthly fixed price platform fee is all you pay. There are no additional charges

2. What is the cost for support?

There is no charge for support. This is all part of the service.

3. What will it cost to upgrade to the latest software?
