HOP Software is an exciting new Hotel Operation Platform bringing new age IT solutions to the hospitality market.
We are currently seeking a number of ambitious and experienced hospitality professionals who have worked on multiple PMS and Hotel software products.
The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and are keen to progress in a fast-paced and busy environment. They will have previous experience of on-boarding new customers onto software solutions ideally within hospitality and specifically property management systems.
You will have experience of providing outstanding customer service, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, clients and colleagues.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills are a must, as is a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
The role is to to be an on-boarding and training analyst with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
Your role will be to take the customer through an amazing journey after the sale has been made through the on-boarding process and take them live on the new software platform. The role will include getting involved in basic problem solving and collaboration with the support teams.
